Irvine Junior Games

Sunday, May 7th was the 30th Annual Irvine Junior Games Track and Field event. South Lake had 70 students signed up to represent our school, persevering the rainy weather, and taking home 29 medals in all. We ended up with 12 gold, 6 silver, and 11 bronze medals! There were several events where the top 3 medalists were all Sharks. Our athletes competed extremely hard and we are extremely proud of them! Thanks to Coach Doan and Coach Hagstrom for their unwavering support of our students. GO SHARKS!
